All our fulfillment estimates are back to normal with an average 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products.

At the moment, mug fulfillment might take longer than average, but we expect this to be a short-term issue.

This year has brought many challenges, and one of them is industry-wide stock issues. Many of our partners faced supply chain interruptions and even had to close down their factories.        
We’re already seeing stock shortages, mostly for DTG apparel products, and we expect more products to go out of stock during the upcoming weeks. We’re stocking up as much as we can and keeping in touch with our suppliers to manage these disruptions.

Note that due to the stock issues some of your orders might be delayed and not go out according to our standard first in, first out (FIFO) approach.

OOS issues mostly affect DTG apparel products, and we’ll inform you about such situations via email. In some cases, we may be able to replace products with close alternatives,  but they’re only available for a small percentage of items. We suggest exploring our non-apparel products where stock is more reliable. Our all-over print product fabric stock levels are also stable, so you can look into all-over print alternatives for your DTG bestsellers.

Right now our main focus is keeping our fulfillment times consistent. Here’s what we’re doing:

  • Introducing new fulfillment departments in our Mexico facility. In addition to AOP products, the team in Mexico is also taking on DTG and embroidery orders.
  • Launching a facility in Canada. We’re already sending out embroidery and wall art orders in our brand new Canada location, and we plan to add some DTG products and mugs there by the end of year.
  • Focusing on our existing product base. You can expect some out-of-stock situations due to industry-wide disruptions, but we’re stocking up on our most popular products and keeping in close touch with suppliers to monitor product levels.
  • Working with backup facilities. We’re partnering with several fulfillment centers in the US and Europe to help us manage order volumes and ship out your orders.
  • Forecasting order volume. Our analysts are following the trends and taking into account our experience from the previous holiday seasons and the Covid-19 order influx to make sure we calculate our fulfillment estimates as precisely as possible.
  • Announcing holiday order deadlines. We’ve published the suggested dates by which you should place your orders for the best possibility to receive them in time for the holidays.  The deadlines might change depending on our fulfillment estimates and carrier suggestions.

We’ve learned a lot while dealing with the Covid-19 disruptions. So we’re preparing some cautionary measures to manage our order volume if we see that our fulfillment estimates are going over the average 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for DTG, embroidery, and AOP products.

Depending on our fulfillment estimates, we also might limit new product push for specific categories in our biggest markets. This will allow us to keep our fulfillment times consistent.

Please make sure to regularly check in with the latest fulfillment estimates published below. Note that our average fulfillment times apply to orders that come in after the date the averages are calculated, and don’t apply to older orders.
